what are you going to make with your medlars? I only had a few so I made mont blancs with mine 🙂

so far, I have made medlar jelly – very delicate & fragrant. Colour going towards rose. Interesting with Wensleydale cheese. Also started off medlar wine. Next batch will probably be medlar cheese with (hard) cider as the main liquid.
